Models and drawing information

BlueprintPlotter reads STL files you choose to import and processes them locally to create drawing views. Model names, dimensions, notes and other sheet information are processed on your Mac. The app does not upload this content to Blue Leaf Kobo.

Files and exports

You choose the files to import and where to save exported SVGs. Exports can contain titles, author names, notes and other information you entered. Review that information before sharing an export.

If you save to a cloud-synchronised folder, or open an export in another app or service such as Design Space, that provider handles the file under its own terms and privacy policy. BlueprintPlotter does not control those services.

No in-app tracking or accounts

BlueprintPlotter does not require an account. The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or automatic crash-reporting service, and does not collect or transmit personal information to Blue Leaf Kobo.

Optional purchase

BlueprintPlotter offers an optional one-time Export Unlock through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes purchase and payment information under its own privacy policy. BlueprintPlotter receives only the entitlement needed to tell whether full export is unlocked; Blue Leaf Kobo does not receive your payment details.

Retention and deletion

Blue Leaf Kobo has no server copy of models processed only in the app. Imported source files and exported SVGs remain in the locations you choose until you delete them. Removing the app does not remove those files or copies you have shared. Manage cloud copies and backups with the relevant storage provider.

If you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use those details to respond and investigate your enquiry; they are handled through our email provider. Do not send sensitive or confidential designs unless necessary and you are authorised to share them.

Contact us at the address below to ask about deletion of support correspondence. This is separate from app processing, which does not send us your models.

Website visits

These BlueprintPlotter pages do not load analytics or advertising scripts. The website is hosted by GitHub Pages, whose operation may involve technical request information such as IP addresses. Other pages on the Blue Leaf Kobo website currently use Google Analytics; the app's no-analytics statement does not apply to those pages.
